Foreigners name Documents required for registration: 1. A current visa for Thailand. 2. A letter from the bank (TT3) to show the money was legally imported into Thailand. 3. A debt free letter from the seller to show that their are no outstanding bills that the condominium is responsible for. This is issued by the management company that runs the building and is signed by the appointed Juristic person. 4. Signed Power of Attorney to enable the appointed person to act on your behalf at the land office. The transfer normally takes 1 day and the cost is based on Land Office assessment of the value of the Condominium which is normally less than the purchase price. It is customary in Thailand to split the charges between buyer and seller. When the transfer is completed you will receive: 1. Title deed 2. Land Office form showing transfer assessment of the current value. 3. Blue house book |
